I have to disagree with Maverick. Although I agree with much of what Mr Hovind has to say, I do not like his arrogance and sarcasm. Most of this particular sermon are stories elevating himself, showing how he made someone appear foolish. In fact, I've noticed this in virtually all of his sermons and lectures.
In his videos "answering his critics" he is sarcastic about them and not loving towards them. It is a battle of intellects, not to win souls. I do not think the people on the receiving end were softened towards the Gospel; likely the opposite.
He talks about God hating pride when pride is obviously one of his failings. And pride comes before a fall...
I think his ministry is better with his son running it. He seems a more modest, sincere man.
